Master of Architecture (Design)
Initially, I was first offered a Bachelor of Architecture from Deakin. Halfway through, the Australian Institute of Architect expressed for standardisation of the name of qualification to match global change. Hence when I graduated I was granted a M.Arch (Design) due to the fact that the design subject credits were worth more than they used to.
As my strongest value was in handsketch, I tried to hand produce my drawings and sketches as much as I can.

Overwhelmed by BIG ideas, I have always enjoy the Transit-Oriented Development (TOD) aspect of Urban Design and tried to implement that into this project. Overall I was in good spirits about the outcome.

Year 4.
Design was grounded to the root of the site, as this was an extension to what Deakin was in Geelong. We have acheived a lot more from where we started. We have set up a link for the design process for this project.

Stockholm Library & Architect Inspiration
Final year.
The library competition had already ended when we started this unit. Since we have to link our design with a chosen architect, my thoughts were:
- shall we design as the architect whom we chose; or base our design on the principle the architect whom we chose use?
It was a tough decision, but alas I chose to be an architect myself, but designing using the architectural language that Aalto used. I enjoy learning more about the philosophical approach that he used so that I could understand things from the first principle.

Parametric Modelling
GenerativeComponent (GC), a plug-in from Microstation was used for this project. One of the aspect that made me loved this subject was the parametric equations. Architectural shapes are dependent on many variables set up, just like in real life.
